We have been using Zoho Mail, as there are no costs involved in using its mailbox service. Its great for new enterprises thus abolishing the problems of paid mailboxes like Gmail, and more problems. It has helped us by letting us create an absolute ecosystem within its workspace. Overall, Zoho Mail is a great tool for new enterprises.
It is perfect for small and mid sized businesses. The pricing is competitive to any other product in the market and it makes really simple to transfer your email domain details to set up your business email using Zoho. The inbox is also really well laid out. I have never had issues with email deliver-ability and the integrations mean that your calendar with work with pretty much anything you want it to work with.
Their mobile app is also really great. I have been using it on my Galaxy for close to a year now, works beautifully.
Initial set up can be a little daunting if you have never set up a business email before. I would recommend following the default options as much as you can and going through their help database. Once you set it up though, it is fantastic.
I use it for my business email. This was the most cost effective solution I found for setting up and using a business email and its been working great for us.
The mail app stays logged in and is super easy to use. The software is also free.
The interface could be better on desktop view. The ease of accessing different features is not the best on desktop.

This is a great product! as is ZOHO in general, It is not difficult to setup and if you do have any problems contact Customer Services, they are on the ball and really helpful! the system is very robust and secure, and lings in with my other apps and website well.
Some of the mail option setups can be a touch annoying, the newsletter and notification tags can get in the way, I find myself constantly having to switch to find the email I want. but in general it is very easy to use, like any other email host it can be down to personal choice, I had an issue with mail from my website, but ZOHO CSV helped me fix the issue very quickly.
It does what I need and the price point for a company my size is perfect.
