I've been using Postbox for a few months now, and honestly, it’s like having a personal assistant for my emails. What I absolutely love about Postbox is its powerful yet user-friendly interface. It’s got the simplicity of Apple Mail but on steroids – more features, more control, and it just feels faster. The search functionality is super intuitive, and the macros for common actions save me a ton of time. Fast tagging and a suite of keyboard shortcuts? Yes, please!
On the flip side, there is a bit of a learning curve with all the features. If you're not into tweaking settings, it might feel overwhelming at first. But once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing.
I’ve been using Postbox mainly for managing multiple email accounts for work. It’s helped me stay organized, respond quickly with pre-canned responses, and manage large attachments with ease. Compared to other email clients I've tried, Postbox just feels more robust and customizable. Plus, the privacy commitment is a big win.
The default interface is very simple, yet also very powerful. The default theme is also beautifully crafted.
I would definitely pay a premium for an Ubuntu version! Besides this, nothing else.

I have a feeling that I am finally in control of my mailboxes. Search, filters and complex smart folders help me get to the mails I need much faster. The focus pane helps achieve that with just one click. And there are many options to personalize the experience.
The cloud file sharing feature only serves box, Dropbox and OneDrive. I would need a Nextcloud option. But that's complaining on an already rather comfortable level. :-)
I have been looking for a good email app for Mac for years now, and all of them left something to be desired. I even tested and earlier version of Postbox which didn't convince me. But the current version enables me to do almost everything I had hoped for.
I like that it catches Spam better than any other email program I've used. I've used Postbox for years on my Apple Mac Air. And I just added to my Windows 10 Computer.
So far there's nothing I dislike about it. Maybe if there was a way to color code the different email account's for those of us who have more than one email account for different things.
I use it for school, medical accounts, and family.
