I did not think it would be such a good software. But it made all my difficulties easier. I have migrated the data of 43 employees of my company on the Office 365 Exchange Server from Domino Server. It has shown the surprising work.
It took a little longer to complete the migration process but as per security purpose it is good.
This Company is making the backup task easier for users. I have personally purchased Office 365 Backup Tool Application license. My overall experience was awesome while using this application. The working guide is also there on the software login screen.
They are making software only for window platforms. I think they should develop software for mac also.

Easy to use, clearly set up, installation quick and simple, standalone and compatible with most systems

Everything is good but there is a need to improve customer support and satisfaction.
