Customer Support is the Worst! They just give up and don't reply


What do you like about eM Client?

Having a single Unified inbox and the ability to have more than 2-3 user accounts.

What do you dislike about eM Client?

Service has always been "meh" here, but it's reached a new level of them just not giving a @#$#. Especially whomever Anthony Cooper is from Support that gives bad info, files that won't open and refuses to follow up on their support tickets.

I have a lifetime subscription that I can't use. EM Client is freezing up on Mac OS Catalina and I have to switch to Spark or Outlook and waste my payment for a lifetime of EM Client.

I am on my 7th email/support ticket asking for them to follow up, and zero replies from #3, #4, #5, #6 and #7.

This company only cares about your $$$. Once you pay for a lifetime subscription they know you're not giving them more cash, so FU Customers... you're not our cash cow anymore... we need to work on getting more cash, so you're useless to us and our non-functioning software.

Beyond disappointed with EM Client. I have been a customer for at least 10 years!

What have you been using it for and what problems did eM Client solve?

Business and personal email, but they have been unable and non-responsive to an issue with Mac OS Catalina (64bit). Freezes systems and they don't have a solution. The one reply received was to use a file that is not approved by Apple Development and it will not open / blocked. No reply from EM Client, totally ignored.

Hi Craig, I am sorry to hear you had bad experience with our support, but I assure you we do try our best to help all users in a timely manner, but we are not perfect and sometimes some tickets can slip past our technician's attention. But we do try our best to answer to every message that reaches our team. I have checked in with Anthony about your tickets and reviewed them and there must be a misunderstanding - there is just one active ticket (#97229), the rest are either resolved based on your confirmation or the last reply is from Anthony, so we have not been ignoring you. If you feel any of there other tickets are not resolved to your satisfaction, please reopen them and let us know, we, unfortunately, cannot know you still experience a problem if you don't inform us. We are aware of the problems with the Mac version and our developers are hard at work trying to fix them all, the updates are a bit delayed and we are very sorry for that, but there have been unexpected complications but as soon as we crack the biggest bugs we'll release the update.
