"You can work with fun"

What do you like about Ayoa?

I'm using Ayoa at work. After using Ayoa, it became possible to share the work of team members in real time. As a result, unnecessary or repetitive communication has been reduced.
And Ayoa includes most of the functions needed for collaboration, such as Project Management, Gantt chart, Calendar, Mindmap, Brainstorm and Video Meeting. I can do most of the work within Ayoa without the need for multiple applications.
Above all, I think Ayoa is able to share parts with the entire, playing a guiding role in achieving the team's goals.

What do you dislike about Ayoa?

There is no perfect solution. There are a few minor things, but they're not uncomfortable for me. I think the important thing is that I use this tool for my purpose.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Ayoa solve?

Accurate communication and sharing of trivial things are really important when working as a team. Personally, if you want to collaborate efficiently, I recommend Ayoa.

What do you like about Ayoa?

This reflects my opinion as an individual user and I am not posting in the representation of my company.
AYOA is the evolution of iMindMap and now it is so much more. I am amazed by what this app can do!
We can still do mindmaps, and we can have task management and project management! We can collaborate with colleagues and with our team members! And it all is perfectly integrated!
And I know what's coming: videoconference and whiteboard! Then AYOA will be not only super but unbeatable!
I manage many aspects of my business on AYOA and I recommend you give it a try!

What do you dislike about Ayoa?

It still needs to be complete. It is permanently evolving so I am always adapting to new features and functionalities, although that is also a good aspect of AYOA

What have you been using it for and what problems did Ayoa solve?

It solved my disorganization!
I use it for personal goals and projects.
I also use it on professional terms, managing the sales funnel, planning events, managing my agenda, defining my priorities and also for innovation projects. It also helps me planning and preparing consulting activities and training contents.

"DropTask Doesn't Listen to Customers"

What do you like about Ayoa?

It's visual time management, which is great. So many "To-Do List" type programs are text based. DropTask is visual based and for many people, like myself, that is a better way for me to accomplish tasks.

What do you dislike about Ayoa?

For years, customers of DropTask have asked them to refine how "Completed Tasks" are handled. Right now, when you click you've completed a task, it disappears. You have to hunt to find where it went. When you find that, Completed Tasks end up in a horizontal scrolling "calendar." You don't have any way of immediately getting a big picture of what you have completed. This makes it difficult for overseeing project management (i.e. having employees use DropTask and evaluating their finished progress). It also makes it difficult for people who have clients. You want clients to have a quick and efficient view of everything you've accomplished.

For YEARS, DropTask has claimed they were working on this. I remained a paying customer waiting for this "feature" to be fixed. But it hasn't and as a result, I'm about to drop DropTask for good.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Ayoa solve?

DropTask has started to create more problems than it solves because they don't properly handle Completed Tasks. Their customers have asked to have the option to leave completed tasks on the canvas (they disappear the second you click complete) or have a quick way to view a list of all completed tasks. They continue to drag their customers along.
