What do you like about ClickTime?

I started to use this tool in my work because my team needed to save time in the organization of the workflow to be more productive and then we had very little time left to invest in other activities and ended up leaving very late from work and leaving all the work unfinished, this application helped us a lot to solve this and all my team adapted well since we started using it even the non tech people, it allows us to easily run reports on the time that my team is active and what project they are working on. create reports is very simple because it has custom templates that are very easy to edit.

What do you dislike about ClickTime?

There's nothing than me or my team does not like about this software, all the money my bosses pay is worth every penny as it works very well making our life simpler at work really helps a lot.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ClickTime solve?

With ClickTime we stopped using other programs, we took hours using spreadsheets and did not know if the information was reliable and with this software our problems were resolved because now we can track the work and time used reliably in a few minutes this is a platform where everything is standardized and very organized.

What do you like about ClickTime?

Click time is easy to use, it is great that you can load the app or go online anywhere to log in. it is great for a big company, it only takes a couple seconds to input a week of payroll. i like that i can see when its been approved, and it is nice that we can make comments on each day if we want.

What do you dislike about ClickTime?

i don't like that i have to put in time worked and then go back same day and put in over time i wish it would know that its just automatically over time when you put in more that 8 hours. i also don't like that when you put in the time it automatically defaults to AM.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ClickTime solve?

over all this is a great product and will be beneficial to anyone that uses it. its easy to figure out and we have a lot of employees with issues learning new things and it seems to have no issues with everyone. we are still early on but i think this was a good move for us and hope others will try it too.

"Easier than Paper"


What do you like about ClickTime?

This product replaced paper timesheets for our organization. This change made it much easier for supervisors to approve timesheets, and faster for timesheets to make their way to finance from satellite locations. We had minimal complaints about the product, and employees across the different levels seemed to accept it easily and without complaint.

What do you dislike about ClickTime?

For hourly employees, it can be annoying to need to manually add in a break/back to work time. It would be much easier to have a button to automatically add a 30 or 60-minute break on a timesheet.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ClickTime solve?

Before using ClickTime, many employees used different types of timesheets. This could create confusion as there was no consistency. Once an employee filled out their timesheet, they had to find their supervisor, who may or may not be working in the same building. Once they got their timesheet to their supervisor, it needed to be brought to finance for processing and was then kept on file. ClickTime drastically cuts down on the time needed to approve a timesheet and get it into the hands of payroll. It also cuts down on the storage of paper timesheets.
