Wrike is a solution to that issue by providing a solution wherein projects can be created, planned, executed, and relayed to the right people all in one place.

Wrike is easy to use and flexible and is a good fit for companies and projects of all sizes. With this software, companies are able to create timelines, make use of the integrated time tracking, and create tasks that will only be shared with the pertinent people. Take note though, that these backlogged tasks do not show up on the to-do list because of the lack of dates.

The next type of task is the “planned” task, which has both a start and an end date. This is useful for tasks that need to be accomplished in a certain amount of days. The last kind of task is called a “milestone.” These tasks have only a single date and they basically mark important points of the project’s timeline. Users may also set the status of tasks depending on what state it is currently in, be it active, completed, deferred, or canceled.

After that, users are able to use the timer. This feature of Wrike tracks the minutes or hours that team members use while doing tasks in projects. Members are able to log their times spent, as well as document what they did with that time. Users are also able to set dependencies in order to manage the timeline and work order of certain tasks. For those office documents like Word or Excel that are uploaded into the Wrike repository, users are able to edit those directly in the Wrike interface. Users don’t have to open other programs, edit the file, save, and then re-upload the file in order to update it. For other files that are not compatible, users can then download and then edit it using the program of their choice.

What do you like about Wrike?

Wrike has a more attractive communication system for all users with control panels, chat, project analysis, calendars, generates accurate alerts when approaching the date of completion of planned projects, I also like the customisation and that its deployment in all departments is very simple, this allows more than 75% of users are adopting this tool voluntarily and without requesting technical assistance due to the simplicity of this software.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I don't like having to configure everything from scratch when deploying this software to another department, I would like to have the option to import data stored within the platform, we can only export the information to external sources.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Wrike solve?

The main problem that I guarantee is solved with Wrike is the excess of information sent by e-mails that generally generates problems due to information leakage, in these times e-mails are not the solution for team work and for this there are solutions like Wrike.

What do you like about Wrike?

Gantt charts, lists, boards, and Kanban boards are all included in the platform.To indicate whether a task is active or completed, it is sorted into a workflow category. You can also set custom headers to further sort tasks.
Setting up recurring tasks is one of Wrike's best features. It lets you use the software to manage all of your work rather than just tracking individual tasks. Even if you can't provide a specific timeframe for these days, it is useful to know that due dates can span multiple days.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Since you and your team can customize Wrike to your needs with custom workflows, fields, and reports, in our experience, this app is a great fit for midsize businesses and organizations that value teamwork. , manage several projects and work with clients.
Wrike might not be the best option for small businesses as their pricing plan is a bit more expensive than other agile project management tools like Monday.com, Bitrix24, and Asana, and their time tracking feature time needs to be improved.

The reporting tools of Wrike are very gokd allowing users to see the progress and status of every project at a glance. It works as a central workspace for team collaboration and users can comment directly on task elements such as Word docs and PDF files. The Gantt chart feature is impressive and one of the best features of Wrike

The free plan of this software offers very basic features. More advanced features are found in higher premium plans which can be expensive for a small team.

What do you like about Wrike?

Wrike is a great tool that allows I to organize and manage all my commercial projects; It has multiple tools that provide the ability to execute various action plans intuitively and quickly. I like that I can monitor, in real time, to assign tasks to each member of the work team and thus distribute the project activities in an excellent way.
It is accessible and bold, it allows me to access it from wherever I need it, it can be from my phone and computer, in both it has an impeccable and practical interface, easy to use. His audacity is provided by the customer support, having a problem quickly is solved, returning quickly to our work without any impediment.
It has an orderly system that allows me to perform a workflow in an excellent way, the work management has been fully unified to our work team providing teamwork capabilities, in collaboration.
It allows us to achieve good results, guides us to follow the right path to fulfill the established objectives, collaborating clients and team members together to achieve great goals in the project.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Since using Wrike I have noticed that it is really excellent software that fulfills what it promises, its project management function has contributed excellently to my work and the organization I need to do. The price and payment of the subscription has small individual problems, since each and every one of the tools that it brings is not used, however, it is a problem that has practical solutions, easy to solve.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Wrike solve?

Since we used Wrike we have been able to find a solution and benefits to multiple inconveniences that we presented. We managed to find a solution to teamwork, we carried out a much more coordinated work, attending the corresponding activities and tasks in order to fulfill more quickly and efficiently in order to achieve great objectives in our commercial projects.
Maintaining updates, administration, organization and the exchange of files and ideas for work plans regarding each project we plan to fulfill has now been much easier thanks to Wrike.

Wrike is useful for sharing information about tasks and ensuring that subtasks are completed. It is also useful for documenting changes over time.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

The interface of Wrike is sometimes difficult to use. Sometimes spell check is turns off without warning. A few of the features are unneeded if the entire team is using MS Outlook as there are better versions in Outlook.

My team has been using Wrike to track updates for our SaaS product. It is useful for coming up with ideas for new development, fleshing them out, and then making a checklist to guarantee that they have been implemented.

we manufacture Bespoke Joinery, with each project on average containing 5 items which all need to be designed, procured, built and installed. Being in a deadline driven environment, Wrike adds a layer of accountability to our team. Each day the team comes in to work, logs into Wrike, and immediately knows what tasks they need to work on for that day. The automation from wufoo, through zapier has helped us to become more automated.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

Wrike could make their new forms addition more detailed and user-friendly. Currently there are not filters that can be used to automate tasks based on submission information on the form. Also, the timeline calendar is a terrible view. It would be better to have a monthly calendar view to access so we can see out 30 days.

It's great for adding visibility into the work stream. Once you learn the product it's very easy and quick to use. Setting up a full project schedule in the system barely takes any time at all.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

The system seems to have a bit of a learning curve. It took a while for the team to understand the difference between a project vs. task, and what shows up in the left side project list. Additionally, some features are a little confusing (like the project description pane which looks exactly like the task description pane) and that took a lot of explaining with the team.

What do you like about Wrike?

Wrike has helped me (and hopefully my team) get organised. I use Wrike daily to keep track of my To-Do's and ongoing projects. I find the Wrike platform easy to use and fairly intuitive. When starting out with Wrike it was initially daunting by how complex it looked, but by using it and learning all the time-saving features it gets easier day-by-day.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

The hardest part of Wrike is getting set up. Many of my team are not accustomed to web-based platforms or social media so for them, the switch from email to Wrike has been difficult. Without the support and encouragement of an experienced Wriker it has been quite difficult for them to get started. The website is also very slow on PC's (Mac's are fine), with significant lag between input and execution that adds an extra layer of frustration for these already out-of-their-depth users.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Wrike solve?

Wrike has made the design briefing process so much easier than our previous excel spreadsheet. Creating the request form with mandatory fields has reduced the amount of backing and forthing that usually goes on. After a few initial hiccups my team has embraced the new request system and things are now running smoothly.
