It is easy for us to enter hour weekly time sheets on Easy Project. We enter the time spent on tasks that are linked to a certain project. This way we can easily track the project time budget and progress, and if they require action.
I haven't use it enough to notice something I disliked about using easy projects.

I have been using Easy Project for 2 plus years with my organization. Its capabilities are more than adequate I find it easy to use. I do not use advanced features
I don't have any glaring gripes with easy projects. My use case is very elementary, I simply use the tool as a digital request platform.
Its is a very comprehensive platform that includes a lot of features to meet different people's demand. I use it to do the project management, project cost estimation, task tracking, resource loading tracking and log-in working hrs.
I think Easy Project can improve the internal communication tunnel with the project team members so its easy to update the info within the team.

Great management tool for tracking, controlling, and managing a team overseas. Our office has an office in India and the software helps significantly.
Reports creating could be a bit more intuitive. But with some experience you get the hang of it.

I really like that after completion of the work I can send the notification of the completed work by clicking just one button. Following up and asking for updates on particular tasks is more easier. The conversations are tracked easily, and sent to the interested parties. It reduces the involvement of sending email. The updates are never missed as easy projects handle it all.
It would been better if the number of notifications can be handled somehow, that is, if I comment but I don't want to send it as a notification to all the people, I should be able to control it: at present I can't. Also, we can't change the task progress like the project manager can. I can just update as "I am done" at the end of the task, thus I can't notify if my task is 50% complete. Possibly it is related to the level of access.
We handle the complete project through easy projects. We use it for data mining. We have multiple projects running at a time, easy projects makes the experience just so overwhelming by showing the status of all the projects on one page. We can even refer to the old closed projects and see the timelines of the current project tasks.
I like EZ Projects project management and time tracking as well as their user communication
What I dislike about EZ Projects is their user interface at times I don't know how to get where I need to go
Really like that the tool allows for easy time tracking and we can identify resource availability and be able to forecast internal resource capabilities. It also provides a great financial budget reviews and project budget overall health.
There is no client friendly project view (with colours, etc.)-it jut exports into an excel view.
If I have a larger project plan I have to scroll up and down to view and it does not allow me to view in different windows
It helps us soles internal resourcing constraints, able to forecast resourcing, time logs allows us to efficiency manage projects and is able to provide overall project health including financials reviews.
I enjoy Easy Projects because it offers a simple, clean website for me to submit projects. It keeps me in a deadline and is easy to collaborate.
The only issue I've had with Easy Projects is that I often don't get my notifications sent to my email even though it's set that way.
The best thing about EP is the friendly UI, I like that, everything is easy to find and check. deadlines, budget, so is perfect for a Project manager perspective, you could create charts, dashboard, everything to present your data
with the recent update, some features stop work, like right-click in an attachment
file to save in a specific location.
i tried to make a connection with an internal software with EP so I request support from EP team to make work the APIs connections, they answered really quickly and kindly.

Its easy to track tasks, involve every individual associated to it. Every task can be scheduled and we can set timelines of completion.
The user interface can be a little bit easy. And Can use tabs instead of drop-downs.
I find it most helpful that Easy Projects lets me track the hours for all the projects that I am on.

I use Easy Projects to track the time I bill to each project, and it let's me do so with a minimum of hassle and no obvious bugs.
I'd like to be able to automatically request time log reports for two week periods (I am paid biweekly) rather than having to specify a specific time period.

If you're new to EZP, the tool can take a little time to navigate. The search function could also use some work.
Our team has been using Easy Projects now for a few years. We manage all of our marketing projects in EZP. It allows us to work cross-functionally and keep clear and clean records of all of our campaigns and tasks.
It's a great tool for project management, time tracking and gives you a seamless integration experience with JIRA, Salesforce, Outlook, etc. Easy Project helps us to keep track of the project deadline and to track the efforts spent on that project.
Easy project allows you log time for multiple days but just give a single comment box so sometime it's create a confusion for the new users, with the user experience it looks it the comment is for the whole number of days that you have selected.

I love the compliance component of Easy Projects. We use it all the time for the audit review and approval process.
I do not like the user interface of Easy Projects. I find it hard to navigate between the different modules.
Easy time Tracking software. Task completion logging is a breeze. Great software and easy to use.
I would like to see more features on the phone app. I only log time from the phone app but it would be nice to create projects and have more features outside of the PC end.
Great for resource tracking. It helps us track our current workload and see some of the scheduling issues.
Easy to use and provides visibility into all projects. Ability to @ mention someone is helpful and requesting approvals is great as well. Logging time also provides good insight into the time to complete a project and managing resources.
If someone accidentally closes out the project, it will close all subsequent tasks and remove it from your queue. If there are multiple approvers in a task, and someone requests another approval, it will overwrite all the previous requests.
Easy to use and navigate. Various toolbars allow quick access to your projects.
It's helpful to be able to apply filters as completed projects can add up and make it
difficult to find what you are looking for.
When recording time with the stopwatch type feature, it will record down to the second, and round up.
When shown in time logs, this can create a one minute discrepancy in either direction. Even if the number is changed after.
EX: total time adds up to 7:59 or 8:01 when the shown times add up to 8:00. It adds the seconds in even though they are no longer shown.
Allows me to keep track of my work where it could very easily become quite disorganized.
Seeing the time spent on each individual project is helpful as well.
The messages history/ audit trail feature is also helpful to further validate the status of a given project in question.
