Kanban Zone is possibly the best Kanban tool on the market. It is extremely intuitive and fairly easy to use. I really like that you can completely customize a Kanban system to truly make it your own.
Firstly, I think they should change their name to something non Kanban related. This tool can work with many different Agile and Waterfall frameworks/practices beyond Kanban.
Also, I think a Jira integration could really differentiate itself from other tools on the market.
I can visualize policies directly on my board. I can customize swim lanes and even have multiple workflows within the same system.
