Clarity Wave, is a cloud-based software solution that provides a unique employee experience using true 360˚ employee surveys.
At first glance, Clarity Wave is a survey and feedback software.
Like other employee engagement solutions, Clarity Wave allows team members to evaluate the company on a multitude of metrics.
And then we “crank it up to eleven”…
Unlike any other software, with Clarity Wave each team member has their own personal page that allows them to evaluate their co-workers and receive and provide feedback like never before.
Clarity Wave is an interactive, dynamic and fun system that gives the employee an invaluable, in-depth analysis of themselves based on how they are perceived by their co-workers.
Now employees will know if they are helping build a constructive environment within their group, or if they need to work on some particular area to become a more emotionally intelligent person. This, in turn, generates a higher level of engagement, productivity, and happiness all around.
On the Personal Statistics page, each and every participant in our weekly surveys knows how they are perceived in 7 different areas that give them a clear perspective of where they excel and where they need to focus their attention in order to improve and GROW.

EPIC is used to measure the Employee Engagement, Company Culture and overall staff happiness. Companies can easily identify areas of opportunities or hotspots where toxic team members could be causing problems for the rest of the team.
EPIC is also used to foster a sense of Community through our Peer-to-Peer recognition module.

I have started seeing more and more companies being open to employee feedback and EPIC is a great way to give our opinions anonymously. I like that it's very fast to use and I can do everything directly on my mobile. I'm also very keen on the stickers and coins that I can give to my fellow staff whenever I wish to recognize them.
Some of the questions sound like they were created for the American audience but that's okay. I would love to see more of our local language.
I enjoy giving suggestions and this is a good way of getting my opinions out.
I like that it's very easy and convenient to use. I can answer the surveys every week and win different prizes. I also like to be able to give my ideas to the executives. This app really helps to make people happy in the companies.
I cannot really think of anything that would bother me too much. As I said it is a very good app.
I have been using it to give my opinions and ideas every week.
EPIC is very well designed, from the simple onboarding to the ease of keeping it live and updated. My favorite part of the system is the peer to peer stickers and points. I can reward anybody I want and I also get rewarded myself. It creates a good feeling of positivity all over the company. Now we're constantly looking for the good in others.
Honestly? I wish that more people used it in the world. It would be a better place. I really think so.
I know some of my team mates say that they've also seen some positive changes in our company. And I have seen some really dramatic changes in some of my coworkers.
I haven't worked for a lot of companies that use employee surveys as a way to listen to what their staff is feeling but when we got EPIC in my current job, right away I started to see some positive attitudes changing. The simple fact that the surveys are weekly (every Monday) and that they're very short (approximately 7 questions) it's enough to start creating positive changes. I also like to be able to send stickers and coins to my colleagues and trade our points for different perks like a free day off or a gift card.
Nothing to dislike so far. If I ever get stuck they have a little help balloon at the bottom and I can chat with their support team.
I've been using it to answer questions and give recognition to my friends at work.
Since using EPIC, we've seen a tremendous improvement in our company's culture. We started out with 6 and 7 all across the board and now we've gone up to 8's and even 9. Our turnover rate has also gone down because people are happier working in an organization that cares about them. We've seen people working together more.
The relationships were a bit clunky to set up but they have just been upgraded so they are much easier to set up.
Understanding our HR weak points was difficult. EPIC has allowed us to recieve feedback directly to senior management.
It's a simple, fun and easy way to recognize all the team members when someone goes the extra mile. Setting up was very easy and the Clarity Wave team is very helpful. They made sure we got everything right. Setting up the store was a bit intimidating but after our session with the support team we were up and running in no time.
"When we first started with Clarity Wave I wanted to be able to write our own custom questions to the surveys.
I was told by the EPIC team that this new feature had just come out and it does exactly what I need it to do."
Being able to recognize and reward those who deserve it
Recently my employer told us that we would be filling out weekly surveys. At first I thought it would be a huge waste of time but after a few months I can see this is a great software. I like the questions that get asked every week and I like being able to share my suggestions with the management.
I would like to be able to download an app so I don't have to click on the email they send me every week, but it;s not really a big deal. I'm used to it by now.
I use it to answer questions about my employer.
I'm a big fan of Clarity Wave's EPIC. People spend most of their life at work (at least 8 hours a day) and if they can be happier, people will be more productive and businesses will make more money. After all anything that helps the bottom line is welcome. My favorite aspect of the program is the ability to earn points and buy cool stuff at the store. Another thing I love about it is that I get to see my own scores. This helps me keep improving every single day. At first I was a little skeptical but now I can see the power of these regular surveys.
Quite frankly we like everything so far. Any questions we've had have been very promptly answered by their support team.
Turnover was pretty high in my company so this software is helping the employees be more satisfied at work. Furthermore, the community section allows our team to interact with others and praise them for a good job.
EPIC has helped us changed the culture in our company. It has opened communication and generated transparency among the team members from all the areas. We also have a very easy to use and objective system to understand how the company is doing in key areas related directly with leadership, employee engagement, customer experience and much more. We love EPIC and we are amazed of how much value this tool can deliver if you truly care for your employees and their happiness.
I guess nothing, perhaps at the kick-off getting people to see the value and create the habit but it is so simple to use that this happened very fast and then each employee started using it more and more until we had enough data to start making decisions and improvements in areas that we just had no idea we needed to focus on. Truly great experience overall.
Mainly not having a way to know the level of engagement of our employees and also a fresh and creative way to be able to communicate and provide feedback among peers. It helped us get employees more in sync with the companies values and identify problem employees way before they became very costly to the company. I highly recommend EPIC.
When I first saw this system I was a bit skeptical about how it could help our small team. We are a bunch of very creative and outgoing people and we didn't really give too much thought about our internal culture. When we first started to answer surveys about our agency and, more importantly about the people that I work with every day, I started to see the power of employee surveys.
I guess the most valuable aspect of this software is the feedback that I personally get. After a few weeks I started to see my own scores which are anonymously given by my team and other coworkers.
Now I look forward to answering questions every week.
Some of the questions might not necessarily apply to our company and they're harder to answer, but I guess that's just the way the software is created.
I'm using it to see where I can improve.
I was looking for a software solution that could help me learn more about my employees and how satisfied they are. We're a small team and sometimes getting a good feel for the culture can be challenging (you wouldn't think it would be so hard un a small team, but it is). We've been trying EPIC for a little over a month and right away I can see changes in the overall culture. The Claritywave team provided us with a whole bunch of printable materials that helped us create excitement among our team even before we launched.
Right now we like everything so far. We're just trying it out at this point but we're definitely going to sign up as soon as the trial is over.
We want to be able to get a good feel for our company culture and, more importantly, see in what areas we need to focus more. Also, we are using EPIC to incentivize our employees, thanks to the prize store. The system is super user-friendly and very easy to use. I highly recommend it.
EPIC is easy of use and its fun. We have had a lot of adoption in our organization. The price and model are a great value. It's also really nice to see how the company and coworkers evaluate each other. I don't really think I've seen this feature before on other software programs we evaluated. I think the individual scores is unique to them.
For the moment the tool has been very good to us and we don't have something worth mentioning at this point
EPIC let's us to meet our staff's basic needs, going through management and helping them get the development, growth and recognition they deserve.
Decision making on who has skills, improve job satisfaction of the teams, better communication between employees,
No software provides 100% of what you are looking for. It would be nice to be able to track a little more detail on each employee like hire dates, length of time with the company etc, so we can see if some of the negative feedback we get is from people who were just hired, or those who have been around awhile.
We started to work on solving company problems from the point of view of the employees.
EPIC is very intuitive. Because it's gamified it allows employees to interact in a fun way. It's the best user interface I have tried.
Some of the questions it asks can be a bit random, and the content on the weekly email could be more relevant, but apart from that it's perfect.
When we found EPIC we were a little skeptical. How could they really measure what was going on within the company based on a weekly survey? However, when we rolled it out we had 80% - 90% participation of our staff on a daily basis.
A lot of data in real time. It is great to identify problems as they happen instead of waiting a long time to get the information you need.
Some of the prizes are a bit expensive and take many weeks of answering questions to win them. However, when I asked Clarity Wave they pointed out that each company manages their own prizes so I guess it's not the Clarity Wave's fault.
As a manager or people, it offers me all the necessary tools to obtain reports and significant information to share with our partners, and provide a better environment and work culture.
I really like the peer 2 peer evaluation this software offers. I can evaluate an employee from all perspectives which in essence save me time and money in the long run
Nothing yet. some of the perspectives are a bit complex but I think that is the beauty of the science behind it.
so far I am new - 4 months. This software has helped recognize good employees and has helped me qualify those who are toxic and those who need to be managed more closely.
