We switched to LearnWorlds from another platform that was not appropriate for our needs. LearnWorlds has all the features we need to create learning units, home assignment, add videos and PDFs, score the homework etc. The user experience is just great!
the only thing that we lack is the option to email all users at the same time and we have to do it manually of store emails in the excel. I hope that LearnWorlds will develop the new feature in the future to solve this problem

The interasctive videos LW offers are nothing I have ever seen in competitors and are an amazing innovation in e-learning.
I also like that the platform is easy to integrate with other apps I use such as Zapier, Tag manager ect. It is as easy as clicking in a box and you have it all set up.
I like that there is the option to give my students assignments and work with them invididually to guarantee their best results. Oh, yes and the certificates that are not some generic ones - you can 100% customize them for your company and needs.
I like their pricing model which allows you to pay a small fixed fee per sale instead of %. This is extremely useful for new businesses.
And I love the gamification they have. It keeps the users engaged with the course and wanting to unlock more achievements.
I like everything about it actually. If anything could be improved it is making payment with a card integrated instead.
I used it to create my first e-learning academy for my website that was already quite popular in its niche. I love that LW gave me the option to use my own domain without paying extra.
I like the fact that LearnWorlds is affordable, easy to use and has a lot of features. LearnWorlds is worth every penny. I have tried a number of online platforms over the course of 4 years and this is the best one. It has everything I need in one place and is affordable even for those that are just getting started.
My only dislike is that one feature i love is not available with my current package. But this is an easy fix by upgrading the account.

I switch to learnworld to focus on my main business: produce contents! With my past solutinon i was spending toomuch time solving problems with wordpress plugins, the workflow to produce and deliver my online courses was more complex and time consuming. Now i have all i need, witha a feature rich dashborad and a perfect integration with my payment processor. And they integrate with Pagseguro wich is the payment gateway i use here in Brazil!
I did a lot of research before I decided to use LearnWorlds as my teaching platform. It is very excellent equipped with many useful feathers and helpful service. I got a lot of friendly support during my starting. Platform is designed to be easy to use and make it fast to found your school. Even I am not excel at IT and computer coding, I also be able to create my website within a couple of day.

I live in Thailand and LearnWorlds working time is based on UK time, so our time are not synchronize. When I have question or any support, I have to email to LearnWorlds support center, and wait for until working time in UK start. That is only problem I can find using this platform. Different time zone may be frustrating when continuous communication is needed to solve some kind of problem. Beside from that, I think everything is well designed and nice.
Support team reply back as quickly as possible. and they are sincere to sole the tecnical problems.
I think it needs a grouping directory to includes a series of courses to spare space in the course catalog and landing page
I am using this site for teaching alternative medicine as online courses. I had some problems of payment integration because paypal did not work. Now I am using paypal ok.
Social and community learning functionality - learners are able to engage each other and faculty via the social media community set up. Learners are kept up to date on any school happening.
The e-book functionality enables learners to actively engage in note taking and summaries. The learner can highlight content and make notes, which are then stored and linked to the relevant content which the learner can easily
Not as flexible on the design functionality. Users are limited to fairly cumbersome templates, and there is a lot of "dead space" between sections. The user is unable to trim this "dead space" and make the space more streamlined.
Learnworlds is truly innovative in its approach to providing a flexible and functional LMS platform at a really affordable price (even in SA), which is tied to Rand/Dollar exchange rate). I am based in SA, and the support (via email) has been really good. However, there are some limitations with the Currency component and payment options (for a SA business)
Learn Worlds was easy to get started, bringing documents and videos together with little fuss. LearnWorlds has a wonderful aesthetic in its appearance to clients which makes it easy to navigate
The copy and paste functions can become a little fastidious at times but nothing major
