It is easy to use. It allows us to have something at the front desk without needing an actual receptionist.
I have not found something that I do not like yet.
It helped a lot as it made our team much more efficient. There's no need for a person to be assigned at the front desk always, Greetly does that for us now. It saves time and money.

customer information processing and storage has really improved at our company, and this shows how things have improved ever since we started using it
So far I know of its ipad version, hope you make us an Android app and other Operating system apps too, some times we have customer desks working with other systems

This is everyone in my office's new favorite product. We don't have a receptionist and used to stand around when we were expecting a visitor or delivery. This is much better with Greetly in place.
I wish we could use Greetly on a TV size screen to give the app more visibility to visitor.
We would wait in or near the reception area when we were expecting a visitor. Not only was it a waste of time, but we would inevitably start chatting up the people who sat over there. They probably never got anything doen.

Greetly is a really smart product. It takes visitors seconds to sign in with Greetly and it saves our staff countless hours from greeting everyone that walks into the reception area, escorting them around, signing for packaging or literally looking around to see who ordered food. When we promoted our ofice manager Greetly was (is) a lifesaver.
Honestly, I don't know why more companies don't use Greetly. I simply don't see the value in the old fashioned approach.
Before we launched Greetly our office manager sat behind the reception desk. Problem was, she was never able to get anything done. Now she can greet really important visitors and otherwise let our guests help themselves - which many prefer anyway.
