Rezpo collects customer feedback through various channels like On-premise Tablet feedback, Email, Messages, Web, Chatbots, and social media at various interaction points.

Rezpo mobile application run feedbacks on iPads, Android tablet, or other smartphone devices. This application collects data online or offline which enables our clients to conduct feedbacks or surveys anytime, anywhere. When there is no internet connection, data collected is stored on the device and will be synchronized when an internet connection is established. All data collected from devices is available in real time into a powerful reporting system where you can segment and analyze results.

Rezpo Question Builder helps to create beautiful feedback and survey questionnaires. The pages can be customized with brand logo and Background. Customers also have the option to create custom Welcome and Thank you pages. Rezpo question builder will have the unique Skip Logic & Question Branching feature. Users can start from a preloaded category based template or can build their questionnaire from scratch.

Rezpo boasts of a strong analysis and reporting feature. Users can view real-time data analysis through their dashboard. Data is visualized using graphs even for non-tech managers to easily understand. Automated reports will be periodically generated and sent to user mail id.

Customer feedbacks will help you understand the sentiment and experience of your customer, what they like and dislike, how their experience with your company was, and how your business can improve to serve them better.
