"Easy to use with good features "

What do you like about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

It is very easy to use and also very easy to teach. We can learn it on our by using the help section. The drag and drop saves a lot of time and also reduces coding efforts.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?

The data and analysis section could have been better. The data filtering process takes a lot of time.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Qualtrics Customer Experience solve?

The survey flow section is very helpful. The randomizer and the branch logics covers a lot of part. The custom validation alos makes adding basic validation easier.
