The software saves me time by gathering the pertinent information from prospective clients, but more importantly, it provides users with an immediate response when they are contemplating whether they would like to enlist our services.
While you can close the chat message box, I wish you could completely close the chat widget because it blocks part of the screen at all times and can make it difficult to read website content.

Smith Chat is an intuitive and easy way for visitors to my website to send me an instant message. The chat is very easy to customize and very flexible in terms of inquiries, so that it creates a personalized and professional dialog with the site visitor. Most notably, it immediately emails me the contact info and heart of the conversation so I can immediately email or call the visitor. It is another effortless alternative for busy visitors to reach me without calling or emailing.
There is nothing I dislike about the service. The icon fits on my website and one can customize the colors to match my brand. It is not overbearing in size. It also allows for disclaimers to be fit on the interaction screen.
