What do you like about SAP CRM?

It is an ideal software for B2B salesperson where they can manage Customer Relationship data most effectively.
It helped to Create & Manage Leads, Opportunities, Add Sales Pipeline & perform Data Analytics.
It is user friendly software, can be customized as per user needs & can be deployed as per user requirement.
Dashoboard reporting helps to analyse data & drive towards prudent decision making.

What do you dislike about SAP CRM?

Actually, I did not noticed anything to dislike for this wonderful Customer Relationship Management tool.
All facets worked very well.
No betterment suggestions from my side as I have not faced any error as on date.
It is user friendly platform acting as boon for sales professionals.
Hence, no areas of improvement to the best of my knowledge.

There is management of contacts from SAP CRM
The program takes less installation time.
On targeting audiences, SAP CRM is a tool to support.

What do you dislike about SAP CRM?

SAP CRM dashboard is not intuitive or users friendly.
Again, SAP CRM has an API system that is not too effective. On data visualization, SAP CRM is not the software to fully support as there is still much that the developer should commit in doing. Other operating features are exceptional.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SAP CRM solve?

SAP CRM is a software that targets customers through successful lead management. Again, SAP CRM helps in storage and management of customers clients.
The information sharing with customers is also something that SAP CRM do.
Finally, SAP CRM has a caring customer support system.

I love the way SAP CRM targets to the audience, and bring them on board. Furthermore, the way SAP CRM manages the contacts of our clients is an incredible thing. The ease of communication from SAP CRM gives us an amazing satisfaction. Finally, SAP CRM brand management feature from SAP CRM is something we comfortably embrace.

What do you dislike about SAP CRM?

I have issues with external integrations, which I my opinion, there is a lot that the developer can do. Again, the APIs for SAP CRM are not so straightforward, and may be, something could be done. Other features are great, and operational.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SAP CRM solve?

SAP CRM is one of the best lead management tool wee may have and it helps us in close monitoring the contacts of our clients. Furthermore, SAP CRM helps us in automating even sales. The rogram has a supportive team of professionals, and they issue the guideline required. Brand management is an amazing undertaking from SAP CRM.

SAP CRM is the best choice to go for. It not merely furnish the proper channel of collaboration, but one can take charge of selling ration to keep time. I can apply it on my mobile device to overlook purchase and selling at once. Moreover, I can experience the best relationship with your business spouse and offer your product list to have a safer estimate.

What do you dislike about SAP CRM?

This software offers more serious communication skills along with the fear tends to jump up, but one thing keeps in mind over sync can affect its character so if you preserve the things simple then it will be your friend for a lifetime. When things go fussy it can be a little bit haphazard. This is a big bossy thing to occupy over the leadership qualities so don’t be vexed at all if you suffer such thing that can work for you even in your absence then what’s harmful in that?

What have you been using it for and what problems did SAP CRM solve?

There is a good thing in this application if you are not available even then you can carry your work and I’ve been practicing this since long times. Its benefits are more than its users. I throw an excellent relationship with my customers and my business skills are improved through it’s continue efforts in making things easy for me. I can demonstrate my products in a better way to the clients and they sustain the best idea and freedom of expression so that I see my weaknesses and form my business to the next stage.

SAP CRM offers deep insights of hidden information of customers and help in finding leads and opportunities.It motivates the sales team on selling more thus improving their performance and also the companies revenues.It is easy to use with a friendly user interface.The customer support team is responsive and offer technical support in a timely manner.They are available on live chat ,emails and telephone which makes it easier for customers to contact them.

What do you dislike about SAP CRM?

SAP CRM is expensive to purchase for small business therefore it is more suited for large companies.To be able to install the software on premise it requires one to be knowledgeable or have some information technology skills to be able to deploy the software without errors.

What have you been using it for and what problems did SAP CRM solve?

SAP CRM solves all the customers problem with a short period of time which is impressive.It increases interaction between customers and the company through social interaction platform provided by the software.It has also manages our leads and contacts and helps identify new ones and separate them from the old ones to avoid confusion.The sales activities also has increased as sales team have been able to close deal and become more organized.
