This is an excellent, easy-to-use tool with many required functions. A less annoying CRM gives me access to my entire history with customers and partners, and I can view it anytime, anywhere. I can access information, including through the phone and it's very convenient.

I've used many other CRM programs and I can say with confidence that Less Annoying CRM is an excellent option for use since I have not noticed any shortcomings in it yet.

I can easily manage a large number of contacts for a number of projects. I also like the flexibility - I can simply add qualifying criteria that include groups in calendars, in all sorts of data fields - all fairly quickly and simply. I use Less Annoying CRM every day to improve a firm's income.

What do you like about Less Annoying CRM?

Most of all, the prompt replies to questions about the system (answered quickly and very well). These are real pros! Also, the ability to customize the site to make it work best for our company, which is unique to us, is incredibly valuable to me. Syncing with Google Calendar helps not miss appointments or birthdays, events. The service is really easing of use (adding, uploading from other programs, running reports and so on…).

What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

Actually, I don't have any bad issue with this platform. As for me, I like how everything is working after installing that program. I'm glad that for all of us to work with all of the tools are easy. Maybe only one moment is that the integration with Gmail contacts tends to create duplicate records in the CRM.

Less Annoying CRM using across the whole organization. It keeps our calendar and organizes our multiple streams of leads and follow up.

The service is easy to use and maintain. It is a full-featured and budget-friendly solution for many businesses. It's easy to setup, operate and control. It was easy to set and get started and had the features we needed. Most of all, I like the prompt replies to questions about the system (answered quickly and very well). These are real pros!

I'm looking to explore how to integrate emails but haven't done so yet. But, anyway, this is great software.

We've searched for years for an option that was powerful enough to be useful, customizable and affordable and Less Annoying CRM fits the bill nicely. This program has never annoyed or pissed me off. I have used many different CRM systems over the past 20 years. When I had the opportunity to start my own business in 2016, the decision of which CRM system to use was simple - Less Annoying CRM. For ease of use, functionality, personalisation, growth, control of pipelines and projects, linking individual people with multiple groups/projects LACRM is fantastic.

Initial set up and support was simple and straightforward. Katy, my designated customer service adviser, scheduled a customer support/introductory call to make sure I was completely happy and understood the full capability of the system.

I recommend LACRM 100% to any start-up or business owner. I especially love the email first thing each morning, listing my tasks and events for the day ahead. Activity reports (an easy way to keep staff on track) are simple to access.

"Less Annoying CRM is TRULY Less Annoying"

Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) was recommended to me by a friend after some intense research on potential CRM programs. I've worked with other CRM programs so appreciated the name of this software since it's true....so many CRM programs just don't seem to fit with how you want to use them.

In comes LACRM. It's intuitive with a simple layout that's easy on the eyes. I can customize my sales leads process (which is a pretty simple one). I love working with the groups feature. It makes it easy to organize and track clients. My favorite feature is being able to track all of the email communication in one place. No need to hunt thru inboxes for key communication.

I use LACRM to collaborate with others as well. It's easy to assign contacts and tasks and to share communication with your team.

The calendar is fantastic and easy to incorporate to-do lists and have them come up in your feed so nothing slips thru the cracks.

The integration with MailChimp is excellent. That makes life super simple and if you're already on Constant Contact, it's an easy enough export as well.

On top of all the features, the customer service is outstanding. I've only had questions a few times and when I did, I received relevant and useful help. The issue has never been the software, just something I hadn't tried or a feature I didn't know about.

I used to crave an app version for my phone, but the mobile version of the site is so easy that it's really not necessary. I just log on from my phone and voila!

I LOVE Less Annoying CRM. It truly is less annoying...for both myself and my team.

Years ago, I used ACT! to manage my sales process. Then, ACT! got fatter and fatter with features that slowed it down and didn't deliver incremental value. Over time I switched to GoldMine and SalesLogics and even took a shot at Salesforce - the essentials version. My object was to manager a few thousand accounts and NOT manage a bloated, overly-complex application. I found it in Less Annoying CRM. The fact is the only annoying thing about Less Annoying CRM is their name! Because I am not a dummy, I don't buy those "Dummys" books and there is nothing annoying about Less Annoying CRM. You asked for the "ugly" so here it is: LACRM does not have the ability to calendar recurring events. I have two weekly meetings on the same day and time every week, but to schedule them with LACRM, I have to set up a recurring event on Google Calendar and sync it with LACRM. Less Annoying CRM is such a great product that I suspect they left out the ability to create recurring events so as to not be perfect.... really, it is that good and the people are terrific too. If I were 10 years younger, I'd apply for a job with them. Best $10 a month I've evetr spent!

It's hard to find a CRM app that provides useful info to managers that the salesman will actually use. Less Annoying CRM fills that bill very well. We use it with Verizon enabled tablets in the field so the salesman can add notes, check history and manage their pipeline as soon as they get back to the car. In our weekly sales meetings we use LACRM to focus the conversation on the activities that produce results and on the pipeline.

It interfaces with Gmail and calendar and it works acceptably. If I was in charge of development, I would spend some time here. If I want to invite external guests and fully use the calendar functions, it is hard to do from within LACRM. I do like the way you can Bcc a single LACRM email and it sorts out what customer it is and adds your customer email responses to their timeline.

We have inside sales load as much of the initial contact info into LACRM as they can and assign it to an outside salesman and then they take it from there. No matter who interacts with the customer after that, everyone can see exactly where each opportunity is and what the next step is.

LACRM fits the way my salesmen think and work and that makes its utilization much higher than other CRM software we tried to use.

I love this CRM! It is very easy to use and very affordable. You can customize the pipelines as you need to and group clients for easy access. If you are looking for a CRM to keep you contacts together with your calender this one is great. The only thing I miss is the repeating feature on the calendar.

I have nothing bad to say about this system, the cost, or the support. Getting rid of our old CRM system and switching to Less Annoying CRM saved my company money, and made my job easier. Everything is so simple and can be accessed online. Another big plus was I was able to transfer all of my leads and contacts from our old system to this new system which was a big plus to me. The calander on this system also syncs to my Google calander so I have all if my tasks and meeting at my finger tips. I can go on and on about this system and all of the positive things about it. It is definitely worth trying the free trial and if you do sign up you pay monthly $10 no contract you can cancel anytime. The support is fantastic they answer your emails quickly and genuinely care about your experience and will help in any way possible. To me switching was a no brainier.

This is a great little CRM. I've only been using it for about a month now but I am very happy with it. I spent an entire weekend evaluating CRM's and this one is the best for a small business owner (with 1-5 employees). Much easier to learn than others I tried out and the customer service is absolutely the best! I like the features too including email tracking, tasks, and appointments. Also, being able to customize fields to fit your type of business is extremely helpful. You won't find a better CRM for the price.
