What is Funnel CRM?

Funnel is an easy-to-use CRM designed for business owners & Sales teams to manage their entire sales workflow without the bloat of useless features.

We had an ongoing problem with handling work inquiries coming mostly from our own website. We would either lose track of them because they would just drift down into the depths of our inboxes, and we would often forget to follow up on deals we didn’t receive a reply on.

We figured all this trouble can be solved — at least to a point — with an app that would have the following basic feature set:

  • a simple form for capturing leads, similar to a contact form many sites have,
  • a centralized place that would allow us to process these leads, that was not in our email inboxes, potentially lost or forgotten about among other email,
  • a way to communicate with our customers through the app, as well as through standard email,
  • ability to put together and send professional proposals as we couldn't be bothered to create PDFs each and every time someone wanted an estimate,
  • an address book that consisted of profiles of people that contacted us, but one that we could add to manually as well.
  • See who has viewed your emails, proposal and quotations.

What do you like about Funnel CRM?

Funnel CRM streamlines all our customer data in one place, which is readily available to access and improve customer relations. Funnel CRM also helps us to manage all our contacts, leads, accounts and sales pipeline from one place.

What do you dislike about Funnel CRM?

I haven't found any kind of issue or difficulty in using Funnel CRM. I don't think there is anything to dislike about Funnel.

What do you like about Funnel CRM?

Funnel CRM software offers lots of functionality at a value for money. While the customization options aren't as extensive as those of some other CRMs I have used, there are a lot of ways that Funnel meet my needs. On top of that, everything within the Funnel CRM is built to work together, there isn't a need for tech knowledge to use it.

What do you dislike about Funnel CRM?

Funnel is a massive company with big teams in 2 countries, and when you need to get in touch with a live person, you feel the size. It's not unusual to be speaking to live system before speaking to a live person. On the upside, once you get through, everyone is quick to assist, friendly and diligent about quick follow-ups. While customer service is certainly a concern, for the value for money point and built-in functionality, Funnel is a very well recommended

What have you been using it for and what problems did Funnel CRM solve?

In general, Funnel CRM is easy to implement, use as well as user-friendly. The fact that it offers a 14-days free version for anyone who are interested, especially small business and freelancer. Besides that, the systematic CRM delivers an easy follow-up step with clients as well as keeping up deals with leads.

What do you like about Funnel CRM?

I have connected my website contact form with funnel CRM and it automatically brings all the leads in one place. There was no learning curve and UI was very intuitive. The best feature was sending proposals directly from the CRM.

What do you dislike about Funnel CRM?

It needs more integrations like Zapier, facebook messenger, slack and few other softwares.

Interactive Features like quick follow up, interactive interface and manual creation of deals.

What do you dislike about Funnel CRM?

So far I'm having a great experience using this software but more integrations like facebook messanger and some other will add an extra flavor to this software.
