"Logistics company using BuddyCRM for various departments"

What do you like about BuddyCRM?

That all colleagues can store the info, from documents, contracts and agreements, to emails and meeting notes, that give the story of our collaboration with suppliers, service providers, customers and potential customers.

What do you dislike about BuddyCRM?

I found it quite difficult to learn the programme in the beginning, but we have tuition booked with Buddy CRM support team, which should get us all up and running.

What have you been using it for and what problems did BuddyCRM solve?

We are using Buddy to record the work of our Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams. We are storing documents in Buddy, and the history of our communication with suppliers, service providers, customers and potential customers. We have had good help from BuddyCRM's support team to organize the platform so that it will meet the different requirements that we have uniquely in our business.
