Through using Scopey I'm able to get clients to understand the scope and commit to the deliverables agreed upon. Previously pushing back on clients late in production when they start demanding more has been an issue but now I can easily calculate the new scope costs and share this with the client. This is a frictionless way for clients to understand the new costs and for them to accept or rejects their new scope.

I tried Scopey because I kept having the problem where I would quote one thing, and clients would expect something else. Or they’d assume things were included and then I’d have to have awkward conversations down the track. So I needed something to help me include more detail without taking hours and hours.
So far I’ve just been creating quotes (or scopes of work as Scopey calls them), but I like the idea of the change capture feature and will definitely try that soon.
The interface is super easy to use. There was like one workflow which was confusing to me so I let the team know and it was improved within a day! Pretty good for a new product :)
