Some of the features that I like the most about TXTImpact are Mass Texting service, Text email or vice versa, and Screen-to-text. The deliverability rate was high and also running mass texting campaigns were also easy to set up and run.
They should try to bring AI features in the coming updates. Although their customer support is proactive, they should bring 24/7 telephonic support as well.
I have been using it for my mass texting campaigns for my small dropshipping business in the US. It has helped me to streamline the process of running mass texting campaigns effortlessly, smoothly, and efficiently.
It can operate autonomously as an SMS autoresponse service or you can design your own drip message marketing strategies. It can also operate as a means to collect email addresses for more wide campaigns. That make it easy to use.
TXTImpact supports multiple integrations. For example we have added this to our facebook page to run campaigns and gain subscribers. we have also integrate with our WordPress page which help us to notify subscribers of new posts on our websites. Email integration is also very useful for campaigns. TXTImpact integrates with two of the top email services, MailChimp and Constant Contact which provide us great option to choose as we want.
Some mose important factor which I like are Age Gate,API Access,Autoresponder etc these are the main factor our firm choose TXTImpact.
One more plus point is that they provide easy step by step tutorials , due to that its very easy to learn and use there products. Apart from that they also provide on demand videos for any problems we face, which is quite unique in term of customer services.
Subscriber Management is little annoying for me and I have also found some issues with Scheduling mails. Apart from that we havn't faces any issues.

Full service offering and very reasonable pricing. The back end dashboard provides full transparency. You know exactly where your money is going and how it's being utilized. Previous companies we've utilized would simply send us a monthly report. TXTImpact, we can log in daily and see how our keywords and ads are performing.

I love the ability to integrate Facebook into the chat as well as being able to respond from my email.
The only con is there are so many features it can be confusing at first to new users but it becomes more familiar after using it for a while.
I love TXTImpact and their products, it is highly customizable and easy to get the hang of. The only thing I am not totally sold on yet is their chat. I feel that if I see a chat option on a site that I will get an immediate response. I like the innovation of what they are doing in this regard, but am still not totally sold:) Everything else is awesome!
I'm a big fan of Mailchimp, but TXTimpact is an entirely different product. It's simple in design and functionality - but it does a lot to make customer communication personalized and easy. The map function is great - allows you to quickly visualize who is using your site. Also, the different forms of communication greatly enhances our customer service. There's a lot more features I'd love to see, but if they keep up the pace, TXTImpact will be the top of the food chain!
It took a long time for us to configure it when we only needed the basic functions of online chat and email integration.
Love the customization. Used this to message customers and potential customers, and found it to be a very powerful tool. I also appreciate how granular you can get when it comes to segmentation, messaging, etc.
TXTImpact is a guiding hand to help me navigate the waters of online marketing. There is no way that I could do this myself. Every component that one needs to create and prosper from a commerce site is available in one location. The staff is educated and customer-oriented.
Deciphering all the report capabilities is a little advanced for me personally, but my account manager helps me with it.

Can be hard to integrate into all your tools depending on what you are using. However, if you are looking for a great chat app (and that is your main / only use) I have no complaints.

There is a tiny learning curve, but customer support is always there to help you, and the live chat feature is great!

TXTImpact is well laid out and easy to use; it's easy to add users and create new campaigns. It's effortless for me to send text messages to large groups of people very quickly, and I can send to specific lists easily.
I want to be able to add emojis without being charged an additional fee. Also, they are adding features that I think will only enhance and make it more marketable.

I recommended TXTImpact Text Message Services to a friend of mine who runs a non-profit with over 100 locations across the US. Immediately we ran into challenges. It turns about another company offered the robust platform she needed for her many sites. Unfortunately, the cost was prohibitive.
I appreciate the ease of use of the software. To get through the primary task of setting up an SMS campaign, sending it, and tracking responses, it does the job without making it complicated.
