With this platform there is not much you can't do. Chat, Live chat, send files, E2E encryption, and more to name the few.
Setup and maintenance are great as well as the support and development process. The team is listening to user feedback and making the best of it for everyone.
Can't recommend this platform enough if you are a small or large team. With RC you will get a great solution that's getting better each day and it's accessible on all desktop and mobile platforms.
If I had to choose one thing that would be the mobile application. It maybe looks a bit spartan at the moment but still does the job. Just think that there is room for improvement.
Collaboration, remote sessions, and webhook integration with some other systems to give my users up to date information.
