The platform helps us organize all activities in our deal flow and does so in a way that makes the progress visible and actionable by everyone on our team involved in the transactions. The platform is easy to invite stakeholders to get involved and once inside, it is fairly easy to navigate once you are quickly orientated to the features.
The only negative I have experienced is that the Pipeline feature takes some getting used to in how to navigate and access the inner content of a prospect company if you are not using they system regularly. It is not necessarily intuitive. But, once you are familiar with how to navigate around inside and begin to access it regularly, it begins to make sense.
We use DealRoom to manage our M&A prospects in the Pipeline and also to organize and manage the due diligence phase of our transactions.

DealRoom's diligence request function is a great way to answer questions and link specific documents, but many users are not accustomed to using it and revert back to using Excel and email.

It was easy to use and support helped us a lot with everything. We are extremely pleased with the service they provide. It's very easy to drag and drop files and set permissions for documents. Their requests functionality is also very useful and helped us track internal tasks. Highly recommended!
