I like the ease of use and ease of setting up new users. The system is well protected and allows for multiple users with ease.
The folder security level is a little hard to use. You can't give access to multiple folders, only all folders or one folder, and then all folders within that folder. Only other way is to share the folders to a group with a password.
We use this an external FTP with data file sharing for multiple users inside and outside of the company. It's easy setup and can be shared very quickly.
User friendly, secure and efficient are the first three subjects that come to mind when I am asked to describe ExaVault
We have not found any dislikes of this ExaVault software. Our clients enjoy uploading files to us through ExaVault
We use ExaVault as the brige between our clients and us. We prepare and give the client a specific upload link for their company and from that point forward the clients send us files thru ExaVault. Everyone feels very safe with the data traveling this path.
I like how easy ExaVault is to use. The GUI is clean and straightforward and I like that customers can add their own branding to the tool.
There is nothing I strongly dislike about the product. The User and Folder permissions took a little but of getting used to but the help site is very comprehensive.
