As an employee, I just have to use the app to take pictures of receipts I accumulate from work travel/food/lodging etc. My supervisor can view & approve the expenses I submit, and I get reimbursed straight to my bank account. Pretty simple to use and pretty good bang for buck. Customer service is also super helpful.
The monthly rate is pretty comparable to any competitive software- seeing as it's so new would like to maybe see a lower price. They did offer a half-off discount in exchange for an annual plan though which would be great, just didn't know if i'd want to sign up for that long at the time.
My small business still used Excel & required us to submit reimbursement requests with paper receipts. We also had to fill out a form which was tedious and waited a week+ to get paid back. Now, my supervisor spends a ton less time sorting through reimbursement reports and we (employees) get paid back almost immediately. Allows everyone to spend more time on the core business
