Using it to request signee's signatures when hiring people. Let them know if there are hired or not be email. Once they are hired, they can sign related forms from the link in the email.
Need to add more fonts. That the clients who need to sign cannot customize the size of the letters.

I like most about the product is security. Anyway, I really value Cocosign and the ease and efficiency of creating signatures on the documents that I use everyday for my business. In addition, it allows us to expand our marketplace geographically, no longer needed the client to physically come to our office.
I like the ease of use but I like most the capability to do business with my clients without being face to face or sending emails or faxes back and forth. This saves us time and has shortened the time we close business deals. I still use it and I like that my clients will be able to pay using CocoSign documents.
Some users are just used to paper and are still a little reluctant to processes that use documents signed in this way. I don't like that I can't edit the PDF files while inside CocoSign.

It also offers the ability to access the signed documents immediately and store existing documents as a bonus. This application can also be accessed on any device may it be an android or apple software and so with any web browsers as well.
There is always room for improvement in any product, but I think adding any 'extra' features would just take away from the simplicity of CocoSign.
Aside from the fact that it’s a really good on the go application and super easy to use this also has a lot of good reviews from other clients so far and this made us more comfortable in continuing to use it. Though as a suggestion, a live presentation add-on feature should be thought off by the makers of the application as well.

The customer service is fantastic. Any question I have, the team is on instantly. It is really user-friendly, for both myself and my team, and the candidates that complete our documents via CocoSign. It's smooth, professional, and makes our candidate registration process quick and easy.
It took a little time to get the signing experience correct so that it didn't sign to far up or down the page but with the fantastic support this wasn't a problem for long.
Time AND cost-efficient. No need to print and post contracts and wait for them to be signed and posted back, just simply send the contract through email, the third can easily read and sign the contract online, just the touchscreen on their phones or by using the mouse on their computer, so it's an actual signature, not an electronic logs. Email customization with your logo, copy, and colors is great. We use the system to send internal and external contracts. Things are moving swimmingly!

Cocosign has not associated with any live chats or live callings, because sometimes customers needed to confirm the things again, and it becomes time-consuming to log in through other apps for communication and then coming back towards it.

Function is simple to understand and Easy to use. The design is also user friendly with the upload and/or drop down file function. I also like that you can add multiple files onto one upload to send to a client for signature. It's also nice that the client gets a copy of the completed file like we do for their records too. The cost is also a benefit because it's cost effective for the functionality we received and use.
It would be nice to have a text only option for forms if someone doesn't have an email but has a cell phone. Unless someone has an email, you can't access the text function solely. You have to have both. I don't have any other complaints with the system.

CocoSign has the ability to add every field type that I use including text, date, initial, checkbox, and signature fields. There are even calculated and attachment request fields. Many validation options, the ability to change the formatting of fields, and move fields to pixel perfect. Managing documents is easy with a complete history of modifications and signatures. There is the ability to create templates and document group templates. This is extremely helpful for sending recurring groups of documents. The ability to invite to sign in bulk is very nice to have and super helpful when there is the need. Also, the ability to manage the invitation expiration date is helpful for documents that are time sensitive or have a hard cut off date. Support is very helpful and easily accessible by chat.
Lacks the ability to format or change document existing PDF or MS Word text. Once a document has been signed there is not the ability to void fields and send the document again for signing.
