Parim offers a compact and clear calendar that allows you to view all your staff rota in one place, turning the assigning of shifts into an easy task: just drag the icon of a member of your staff and drop it in your calendar cells. Once that’s done, share it with everyone involved through email or text notifications.

Does PARiM offer multi-user capability (e.g. teams)?

Yes. There is no limit to the number of users and people logging in from multiple locations.

Does PARiM offer guides, tutorials and or customer support?

Yes, we offer free initial training, PDF user manuals, video tutorials, and an in-program tour that highlights sections of the system, describes the features and explains how to use them.

What platforms does PARiM support?

Web application that works across all main desktop operation systems. Native mobile apps for both Android and iOS platforms.

What is PARiM generally used for?

Managing staff, their shifts, schedules, certificates, absences as well as time & attendance.

Does PARiM offer an API?

We have started to build this. We have managed to integrate PARiM with our own accounts package 'Zero' so we are on the way with this. The .csv-exports currently allow for import into payroll or accounts packages.

Does PARiM integrate with any other apps?

We have already integrated Twilio into our system. See above - we are working on this. Next to come will be accounts and payroll packages then screening and vetting, then Pandadoc.

What are some applications PARiM is commonly used in tandem with?

Accounts packages, payroll packages, etc.

Who are the main user groups of PARiM?

Event and security companies, companies that supply medics for events, staffing companies, manufacturing, vets, farm shops. We also have clients from other industries, as we just won the Finnish cleaning company SOL and the London-based travel concierge company Airportr.

What do you like about PARiM?

We use PARiM because its very easy to use, extremely well supported and seems to be developed in response to our suggestions quickly. We use it to schedule our staff, communicate with them, track our certificates and do our Lone Worker Check Calls. Being modular we only turn on the modules with the features we wanted. As we expand we may use ,more but at least they are there should we want them

What do you dislike about PARiM?

Check Calls sometimes don't work and we would like to be able to see which staff member lives closest to a client site.

We use PARiM’s Event feature to manage our exam schedule and coordinate our invigilators, supervisors and qualified Cambridge English Examiners. It has made life a lot easier for us with everyone being able to see the exam schedule and Open Shifts. Support and help is immediately available whenever we have had issues. The system is a breath of fresh air and saves us a lot of time. PARiM share their development pipeline with us and keep us posted with new features that are coming out.
As our qualified examiners are monitored by Cambridge English Language Assessment, Parim has proven to be an immensely useful tool when it comes to allocating examining staff as it doesn't allow you to add staff unless they are qualified for that position and level. The reports we need are all there and available when we need them. Well done. A great job indeed!
