Not a whole lot. Probably one small piece would be the ability to edit a board right in the same window rather than having to go into "settings" and "board editor" to add/edit columns and swim lanes.

This is the best tool I can find for the task I wanted to achieve in my organization. We don't really use this as Project Management, rather we use it as Todo List for employees and the Kanban Board makes provides swimlanes which we assign to employees and they can add their tasks and prioritize them. This tool has been a great help to our daily task management.
I've never had a project management tool like Kanban before. It is seamlessly easy for me to organize my projects and name exactly what pipelines I need for my workflow. The usability is effortless and I appreciate the ability to customize the style.

The main interface and primary set up options might seem basic, but once you get useed to it, you discover its full potential. No super fancy UI's, just a very functional option on desktop (web) version. Android app should be improved as it lacks of visual arrangement and funcionality.

Kanban Tool has become my preferred management tool for both work and even my personal life. The tool is intuitive, flexible, and has allowed me to increase my productivity through managing projects, deadlines, or simple reminders.
The linking to my calendar gives reminders in both Kanban Tool and my actual Outlook Calendar/phone calendar, which allows me to check my progress or the progress of others that are assigned that task. Using the estimated time on the cards, coupled with time tracking, has allowed me to improve my estimates for future projects, giving a more accurate deadline for myself and others.
Another key feature is having the checklist and dependencies built in. I'm able to quickly check during calls where there is a complicated process what still needs to be done, and what is waiting on another person or step.
I highly recommend this tool for anyone searching for a way to manage projects (or even life in general), as it helps to manage without becoming a separate job itself.
The re-occurring tasks are required to be set on a specific date, where I would like to be able to set them for the second Tuesday of a month or a more flexible reoccurrence.

The current use of the tool have not yet provided me with any clear dislikes. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to to allow for time report on a certain card color, not only tasks Individually.

No major showstoppers. I suppose it would be nice to be able to work offline too - but it's more of a theoretical use case, since I'm always in range of a network anyway.

I have checked out the other similar products, but Kanban is unbeatable in terms of simple, straight-forward use. I have a variety of different projects and reservations to manage, and this had made it so much easier because I can keep track of everything in a visual format that is highly customizable.
Kanban really doesn't hold your hand through the process, which is mostly a good thing, but I had a time or two when I thought I had lost data, when it was simply that I had made a change that had hidden my data.
I used to have to use a bunch of spreadsheets and calendar notifications to keep track of things, now I can just open this up in the morning and it takes me about 5 seconds to know what I need to work on. The deadlines function is great.

Only feature I miss is to be able and drag and drop the columns, a feature that exists in Trello, Asana and Subtask, but not in Kanban Tool or Clickup.

For that reason, tasks can only be assigned to registered users of your team account, as opposed to anyone across the web. For the same reason, separate domains (accounts) are not able to share data between them. To collaborate with your team, you need to make the team part of your account. As an experienced manager and overall Agile enthusiast, I was looking for a tool to help organize my day to day tasks as well as long term, intensive effort goals. I find this tool very easy to use and extensively configurable: you get a configurable board, swim lanes, recurrent tasks and reminders, various automations.
It's great for personal use as well as for small businesses and startups, for managing distributed teams even across multiple projects. Needless to say, I've picked up this app over the more famous ones as it delivers much better quality!
A reporting area with customizable dashboards would be nice (but I do not need it stringently for now and many teams in real life use Excel reporting anyway). Also, the mobile app is a bit awkwardly designed and would require enhancements - but don't let this stop the tool, it's great!

I know how much time I spend on doing my tasks. I like that I can customise it. I like that it works with a lot of external tools.
I don;t think that there is such a thing that I don't like about it. I only wish I had strted to use it earlier.

i liked the tool because of its simplistic but powerful design. I've don't believe i have maximized the tools use/purpose yet since i'm currently using it for personal needs but i don't believe i can accomplish the tasks i've done in recent months without this tool. i also liked that is has a phone app, so i can work on my PC and phone when on the go.
for now, the pricing
as this is more for my personal use and not really for a full scrum/sprint use, i hope they have a tier level pricing or like a packaged price for a period of time (year, months)
I have been using this primarily for organizing my work and personal things, it helped solved my problem of listing task but not really showing me the progress and who it is waiting/pending on.
I like that it's easy to use, yet provides some powerful features. It allows to do some analysis of specific workers, it measures the time of their work, it helps with keeping the deadlines and in general, improves the productivity of my team.
I can't say I dislike anything about the app. I haven't had any problems with the software so far.

It's the easiest to use kanban project management app that we've tried at the office. Others got us fed up after a few days, while this one we stuck with. There is no extra effort or particularly intense thinking needed to get our projects up on these boards. The overview is clear and neat. We recently started to also use the "hidden" features like recurring tasks and own scripts to make the boards precisely how we need it. The customization options are VAST. Could do with a nicer mobile app, we were told by their Support that it is on the way : ) Overall - top marks and full recommendation.

What's good? It's simplicity, being easy and very supportive. I like the time tracking function, it helps me in controlling my co-workers work time without being too intrusive.
What's bad? The thing that I've to pay, I would love to have it free but this price's still much more friendly than these of other tools I know.
