I can keep track of my hours to see how many hours I worked in a week and his сlear timeline lets you track all tasks’ progress. I love its integration with Asana and how it is always ready to use on my web browser. I don't need to open the app in a different window or browser to run it.
Not a dislike, rather a feature request. I’m using in everyday work Evernote and integration with it is lacking

I’m using it for everyday work
With TMetric I can monitor work performance of every team member. The app allows to track assigned tasks and calculate employees’ salary. Comparing with competitors TMetric is more cost-effective but functionality is the same.
Sometimes its` work is not stable (especially desktop). But in general I'm completely satisfied with the app.
We solved our work time distribution issue. Now everyone in the company can track their work activity and follow our working process guidelines right way without problems.
Considering that I am marketing manager, I need to leave my working place very often (e.g. to reach other offices or places and attend different meetings), but as TMetric is available on iOS and Android too, I can easily move and don't worry about hours that can be lost. It keeps tracking my working time while I'm out of the office.
Also, I think it has a simple user interface, so I don't have problems with usage. By the way, TMetric desktop app easily syncs with mobile apps.
I think it would be great to add offline tracking to the mobile version too. But in general, I'm completely satisfied with this tool.
I work as a marketer and take tasks from other teammates. So, we implemented TMetric into the working process. Trust between teammates is higher now and we complete projects faster and easily and our workflow is really smooth.
I like TMetric for its` ingenious simplicity and overall usefulness. we tried a lot of time trackers and this one showed the best results in team management, financial reporting, activity monitoring, and value of money.
TMetric has room for improvement when we are speaking about its` mobile apps. It is clearly understandable that those apps were made as complimentary apps, but they are lacking some crucial features like project management and billable rates.
TMetric helped us to understand how our team utilizes its` working time, how much money our projects generate, and significantly automated our reporting.
This app prevents me from issues of team management, complete any project in time, and get paid. it allows us to categorize working time helping us to stay within the specified time frame. It has good usability and helps us to control projects within our Jira, and if you want to stay up to date of workloads monitoring of the hours dedicated in the project of each team member and see the progress of each activity it will the best app's matches. Also, it is easy to set billable rates for team members, projects or clients, so we got paid for every minute we work on.
