Yes, definitely! A dedicated customer success manager is assigned to every account, there is an onboarding process that includes training, and any supporting materials are available via the app. The software is intuitive and straightforward to use. Training typically includes basic orientation to how the platform is organized and then the users are off and running quickly!
LeanDNA sits on top of the existing ERP within the factory. We have built-in integrations with dozens of ERP systems, which is how we are able to launch the solution quickly for our customers. We also aggregate and link data across factories, irrespective of the underlying ERP system i.e. if one site is using Oracle and the other one is using SAP, it doesn't matter to our analytics platform, it is all brought together for a cohesive and full view.
To improve on-time delivery performance, reduce inventory (the typical customer experiences ~11% reduction in inventory within the first six months), and to minimize shortages. The outcome of the collaboration features includes more engaged employees and stronger supplier relationships.
Absolutely, not only multi-users per customer, but multi-sites per customer too.
