What do you like about Soon?

The design is well thought through, with attention to key details that supports the scheduling process and me selecting the right people for the job, who are available to work.

I have been able to be more strategic with the additional insights Soon provides, and my team has loved how Soon allows them to communicate with me.

What do you dislike about Soon?

integration with my outlook calendar in some way? so I can combine meeting invites and non-floor shifts in one view within Soon.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Soon solve?

Prior, I had my team members sending availability requests and updates to me on whatsapp, email and sometimes a passing comment on the shop floor. It was hard to keep track of all of it and I often overlooked or misscheduled. This took so much time and energy and Soon beautifully solves it with an intuitive process, now all communication is in one place, I don’t miss a beat, and my team feels heard and taken care of.
