It is easy to use, notifications are clear and chat is nice. We can easily provide customer service since we have many employees providing support in the cloud.
We personally do not like so much the sound of the notification, when somebody is waiting for the support (continuous beeping sound).

It's simple to use, has built in video conference option and most usefull of all, enables admin mode on remote. I can add multiple users with different privileges.
Video conference could be more smooth and maybe straight forward, it's little to complex to just chat.
It help me solve remote admin problems with new windows. Multiple users using two sessions.

ISL works, it's simple, fast and secure. I have been offering remote support for about 15 years and I have tried many options. ISL is the best by far and the suport (rarely required) is second to none.
