What do you like about ISL Light Remote Desktop?

It is easy to use, notifications are clear and chat is nice. We can easily provide customer service since we have many employees providing support in the cloud.

What do you dislike about ISL Light Remote Desktop?

We personally do not like so much the sound of the notification, when somebody is waiting for the support (continuous beeping sound).

What have you been using it for and what problems did ISL Light Remote Desktop solve?

We are using it to provide online support of our project manager.

What do you like about ISL Light Remote Desktop?

It's simple to use, has built in video conference option and most usefull of all, enables admin mode on remote. I can add multiple users with different privileges.

What do you dislike about ISL Light Remote Desktop?

Video conference could be more smooth and maybe straight forward, it's little to complex to just chat.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ISL Light Remote Desktop solve?

It help me solve remote admin problems with new windows. Multiple users using two sessions.

I love simplicity on both sides - operators and users.
The next big thing in ISL is cross-platform and cross devices connection capability.
It works really smooth.

What do you dislike about ISL Light Remote Desktop?

Could not use it on responsive gadgets. First time setup for AlwaysOn function.

What have you been using it for and what problems did ISL Light Remote Desktop solve?

I am using ISL for remote access to users and servers, updating, resolving minor issues with their hardware ... etc. Brilliant tool!

ISL works, it's simple, fast and secure. I have been offering remote support for about 15 years and I have tried many options. ISL is the best by far and the suport (rarely required) is second to none.

What do you dislike about ISL Light Remote Desktop?

Nothing to dislike, ISL is what I and my clients trust. Try a free trial, if you dont buy it I will be very supprised.

I am in the UK & Bulgaria, I have fixed networks with ISL as far away as Melborne Australia. The client was very impressed
