Ease of set up, customisation, roll-out and implementation, at good price. Responsive customer service.

What do you dislike about Zonka Feedback?

There isn't an option to skip non relevant sections of a questionnaire, which can be tedious for some users

What have you been using it for and what problems did Zonka Feedback solve?

At the hos[ital where i work, we used Zonka to capture patient feedback for every aspect of the service to be used for internal data analysis, calculation of NPS, rewards, points of improvement, RCA and esclataion.
