What do you like about Pure Chat?

We did search for a while what chat widget to future on our magento website, but sticked with this one for a couple of reasons. Multiple agents and communications between them and easy setup

What do you dislike about Pure Chat?

I did not find any complex triggers to show the visitor a chat if he is lost on our website, or stuck in a landing or checkout phase.
