WebEx is web audio and video conferencing service, offered by multinational technology company Cisco.
WebEx is a web conferencing platform that combines file sharing with video and audio conferencing via a web browser. Users can in a very short time establish web conferencing sessions or performance product launches and educational sessions.
The software is compatible with all frequently used media file types, as well as with demonstration platforms such as PowerPoint. WebEx also enables meeting recording, scheduling, follow-up messaging, screen capturing, and file sharing. One of the features that stands out is the breakout room creation, which means that one large meeting can be divided into several private meetings.
WebEx Meeting Center's interface is modern-looking, compared to competitors' services. It has the ability to set up meetings directly from the home page and now also possible to have up to seven video feeds simultaneously.

My co-worker had trouble using it because the interface is different. For me the solution for that is learning the basic knowledge about Webex interface and feature will be a big help
An alternative to Zoom. Allows free 50 minute meetings and free customer support, overall a decent software and I believe it is the best
Webex specifically on the browser. Fewer features than Zoom, and not everyone will find it straightforward.
Webex is one of the best feature of all I am very satisfied with picture and excellent audio. It is also possible to participate through a web browser without installing the application.

It is not possible to share files and documents through WebEx and also the initial downloading requires some additional privilages.

Webex has many features on its platform, but it would be great to have the option of online translation, without this generating an additional cost or license.
Definitely Webex solved the problem that many companies had at the time of social distancing. I could not say anything which i dislike in Cisco Webex meetings. I like it very much.
If possible please build a portable tool to more easily schedule the meetings may be from the notification area of the windows system. That saves more time to the users.

I like it because it is very easy to use, is a very complete software, the image of the video meetings is excellent, offers a security that meets the standards set in our company, it is easy to set up video conferences for training and project development in all departments of the company, an extensive and varied collaborative tool.
The screen control can give problems when there are many people attending the same video meeting.
I have used Webex for a long time because it is a very good software that allows me to develop my tasks and projects more efficiently, allows me to communicate with my workgroup and design strategies, HD video meetings, Audio meetings with excellent sound quality and to share documents and graphics with data and variations, edurante these collaborative meetings may be necessary to share screen and sometimes become extensive because of the complexity of the project faced.
I like Cisco Webex because it is a platform that allows me to make professional presentations and with a lot of data, also I can organize magazines with suppliers and special customers to inform them about the new packages ready to launch.
In the option to share screen sometimes presents failures, the image becomes more diffuse and takes a long time to clear up, the android app sometimes restart alone.

The first time it was very difficult to connect as a participant and schedule my first meeting, but then I was learning. I would have liked a quick guide to get reports from the attendees and the time spent at the conference to supervise the attendance of the team members, the audio was cut and the video was stuck, I think it's the speed of the internet.
Integration with outlook helps to schedule quickly meeting . It allows to create personal room and put your signature so you can join the meeting quickly.
Beeps noise is annoyed durlng meeting when the people dial in/out meeting. Annotation feature is getting worse with software updates.
Our company has many offices in different country so we always setup meeting and discuss issues. It is caused to less email traffic.
