The ability to not be tied down to an office line. If you need to work on the go and take calls in various buildings, ShoreTelis a great program/app to have on your phone to be able to send and receive office calls on your cellphone. When it is working it is great, as it mimics you calling from your office line.
Often glitchy and really seems to eat the battery on my cellphone. With this running in the background my battery hasn't made it even 3/4 of the day.
I work in between school buildings and do not really spend a lot of time in my office. With that, I need a way for staff to be able to reach me at any given time, without giving out my cellphone number. This helps in this area.
