We allow for suggestions to be made anonymously and provide the ability to include attachments to ensure suggestions can be perfectly articulated no matter what they regard.
Every employee can also collaborate on suggestions via voting and commenting to enhance the quality of the idea. The suggestions are provided in a ranked list that is anonymous. This shows what employees find most important to their organization and limits personal biases. Every suggestion can be viewed, given an upvote or downvote, and commented on.
DirectSuggest organizes every suggestion by two-dimensions (i.e. category and location/region). Gatekeepers are assigned to each of these identified areas (category and location/region). DirectSuggest automatically sends suggestions to the correct person.
Setting up DirectSuggest is easy using Excel CSV (.csv) files. Simply export your current employee database, set up a category list, identify the gatekeepers for the company, and DirectSuggest is ready to go.
