The software has presented so many errors, it modifies the setting itself and when they run updates you have to redo your configuration settings otherwise it will create a mess on your QB file. recently we started to get an error where after importing orders QB becomes unresponsive and give an error, where all customer lists are gone. so if you don't Religiously back up DONT RUN this.

BEWARE---HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE----EMPTY PROMISES! They take FOREVER to try and get you implemented and then DO NOT offer a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service filled with empty promises. IT IS A TIME TRAP. Endless promises of talking with upper management. You do not get a fair 30 days to even try the software. They just drag out the process of implementing you until they will not give you a refund. We spent countless hours on the phone and in meetings with technical support. We really gave it an honest try and it DID NOT WORK the way they promised. We were hoping to swing back around after they did implement new things, but not with this kind of customer service.

Nothing really which is OK because not every product will meet your needs. Unfortunately Webgility charged me for 3 months even while in the 30 day trial
I tried to use Webgility to automate data retrieval from my sales outlets like Amazon and Shopify. It worked OK collecting sales but did not collect any fees while so many more apps do. While in the trial. They charged me for three months service and they refuse to give it back. They refused to return phone calls or emails. They basically scammed me out of money and apparently have no problem doing it.
