"Simple tool to use however the mobile app should be improved "


What do you like about NetSuite?

- Very easy to use, allowing users to personalise their dashboards based on their own need by adding/removing modules.
- Netsuite can be integrated with various other platforms, removing the hassle of manual tasks.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

- The ios mobile app for submitting expenses (as employee) should definitely be improved. It seems that the company has not invested in UX and there is no user journey implemented.
