I am selling online at multiple places and Orange lets me import and process all my order in one place,
It keeps my customer data in one place so I can easily access it when needed, it is really easy to use.
Nothing I dislike, it was a little tricky to integrate my stores but I got support online so I got it figured out.
I have used Orange Manager for about 6-7 months now. OM lets me process my orders easy and quick, the work flow is really easy, I download all my orders into OM, print packing slips, postage and I am done. Also makes it really easy to keep track on orders / customers with all info in one system. It also has tax reports. inventory and customer service. I might not be the best reviewer but this is the best shipping / management system I have used.
I cant complain on anything, it is easy to use, will update this if I run across something I do not like with the system.
OM has helped us get a easy flow with our order processing / postage printing.

Easy to use. Can do both my online orders and my offline orders. Orange manager also gives me access to discounted postage. I have all my customer info in one place. It is very easy to enter manual orders for shipping. Good fast support. Overall a good easy to use system.
Not much to dislike, I can recommend it to anyone who sells online, or that needs a system that allows you to process manual orders.
I really enjoy Orange Manager. It makes my life as a online retailer so much easier. I sell on multiple marketplaces and my own stores ( shopify ) and Orange Manager lets me manage it all from within one system. I log in and download all my orders and can now focus on packing / shipping without having to login on multiple places. It also makes it easier with customer service with all info in one place.

I use Orange Manager for all my shipping. I sell on my own store and also on Amazon. I do have Fulfillment by Amazon, FBA, Orange manager allows me to download my orders from my store and eBay, and then with one click on a order it is sent to Amazon for fulfillment

The User manual online could be a little more extensive, had to ask support on some questions I had.
I use it to ship all my orders, FBA is so easy with OM, I just click a button and my order goes up to FBA!
Best Shipping Software! Orange Manager is a excellent system to use when you are a online retailer and sell on multiple sites. I sell on Amazon / Ebay and have my own store using Shopify and I also sell on Etsy.
OM downloads all my orders so in the morning I log in and start printing packing slips and postage and get my orders out, using only Orange Manager. This makes my packing / shipping process a lot easier.
I would like it to be connected with a couple of more marketplaces that I am contemplating selling on, they did tell me it is in progress.
