"Awful customer service"


What do you like about Fusion Web Clinic?

I had heard good things about the company from online OT forums, however, that did not turn out to be the case.

What do you dislike about Fusion Web Clinic?

Very poor customer service, no onboarding assistance, no online booking for clients, no intake templates, no OT assessment templates, and no interface for clients to input their information. You have to manually put in all info in multiple places making onboarding a very slow and difficult process. I asked for some help getting the process down and was blasted with so much rudeness from the customer service manager I’m still shocked! Terrible company!
