Absolutely; we base our subscription pricing on the total number of employees in the organization. Rather than restricting the number of users, Traqspera allows you to choose who, and what each employee is able to access. The more users in the system, the more streamlined operations will be, as everyone is on the same page.
Having the ability to have certain features of this software be customized to our specific company needs, the costing reports are amazing and save me so much time and the technical support offered by the Traqspera team is unlike anything I have ever experienced!
Some of the App layouts aren't easy to read (ie. time sheet layout when employees are checking their time entered)
Previously we were using paper time sheets - Traqspera has eliminated the many lost time sheets that would often occur. It also solved the extremely time consuming calculation of hours for each employee during payroll week
Traqspera has given our management staff true peace of mind. We always know where we stand and can quickly see to any problems that pop up. We have been using it for 4 months now and we're already seeing the benefits with more time freed up and less bickering between field and office staff! I can’t recommend it enough.
We are yet to have any problems with it. We aren’t the most tech-savvy bunch but we soon got up to speed with the software once Matt had shown us the ropes.
Mainly to track and submit our contractors' timesheets as we were doing them via handwritten timesheets and it never went smoothly.
