Vibe team collaboration provides 1-click access to voice, video, conferencing, chat and screen share. Features include embedded softphone, app tabs, privacy and multimedia player.
Vibe™ Team collaboration for distributed teams.
The Vibe full-featured team collaboration solution enables your workforce to engage effectively whenever and wherever the need to collaborate arises – out of pure business process flow or as part of your organization’s agile methodology practice. eZuce approaches team collaboration as a facilitator not as an application unto itself. The goal is to work alongside other applications that are already in use not to replace them. Vibe has two modes of engagement: Meeting and Team. In both modes, users have one-click access to voice, video, conferencing, chat and screen sharing.
Meeting Mode
In Meeting mode users can easily join a Vibe meeting and when the meeting is finished they can exit the application. This is the mode of operation of the typical video conferencing tool on the market.
Team Mode
In Team mode, Vibe takes a decidedly different approach. When team members sign into Vibe they enter into a complete virtual workspace. This platform acts as an always-on team enablement tool that allows individual team members to choose the way they want to collaborate. The team approach to communications fosters real-time engagement with the rest of the user’s community. Vibe puts all team members in the same “room” empowering users to collaborate naturally throughout their workday to discuss issues as they arise, resolve problems quickly, make decisions faster, and engage more effectively.
eZuce Vibe currently scores 62/100 in the Video Conferencing category. This is based on press buzz (37/100), recent user trends (falling), and other relevant information on eZuce Vibe gathered from around the web.

VIBE Communications can be 'wrapped around' every existing and future Cloud-based application. Common examples include e-Mail (eg. Gmail, Yahoo), File Sharing (eg. Google Docs, Dropbox), Team software (eg. Slack, Ryver), Helpdesk (eg. Zendesk, Freshdesk), CRM (eg. Salesforce), and any other Cloud service.
Adding Cloud Apps to VIBE is as simple as clicking the + tab and typing or pasting the target URL. User Options include instant, saved (persistent), and meeting specific (open on joining a meeting). Cloud Apps can also be incorporated into meetings so everyone joining the meeting has those Cloud Apps opened for them.
The primary use for VIBE is enabling context appropriate collaboration. Depending on the need, people can chat, call, and meet on a scheduled or ad hoc basis.
Actual Collaboration while working in Team is enhanced since all desired tools can be incorporated into each members' work environment.
