What do you like about Xero?

We love that Xero is so easy to use, breaks through all the jargon. No need for long complex user interfaces, simple to find exactly what you need to get done. especially when auto-enrolment came in - it made things so simple which was what we needed. And best of all - it's all in the cloud.

What do you dislike about Xero?

There weren't any negatives really, I think if there was a facitlity to be able to keep letters for auto-enrolment record keeping purposes. I think we once also had an issue with running two pay reference periods, and them having two separate EPSR numbers with our pension company. And ensuring that the contributions were allocated to the correct scheme etc. But think it all got sorted.
