"Easy to Use and Free"

What do you like about TweetDeck?

The best feature of TweetDeck is that it's free. It's also easy to use and has a simple interface that updates and loads in real time. It's easy to customize what you want to see and you can add multiple accounts into one interface.

One major drawback of Twitter is that you can't add people as admins to an account. For me to offer Twitter services, I have had to ask a client for their password to their Twitter account. With TweetDeck, the teams feature allows multiple people to share a Twitter account without having to share the password. But, that brings me to what I don't like about TweetDeck.

What do you dislike about TweetDeck?

What I don't like about TweetDeck is that you can't schedule posts in advance in bulk. I have to input a recurring post in one at a time, which is time-consuming. I use it for clients who have a low level Tweet plan with my site, but that's 21 tweets a month I have to enter one at a time.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TweetDeck solve?

I use it for one-off tweets and to monitor my Twitter client accounts. I like the easy to read interface and how I can customize it for multiple types of information for multiple accounts. TweetDeck is very helpful for monitoring engagements on Twitter and interacting with these engagements.
