The in-platform reporting could be better, the blue-gray palette makes spotting patterns a little difficult.
Our feedback was not consolidated, and we had to hop, skip and jump through each of our business tools (MailChimp, Salesforce, Slack are the main ones we use, along with a few smaller tools) to try and make sense of it in the very specific way that that tool’s feedback (if any) was generated. So I needed to bring it all together, and now it’s much more cohesive - I have a good bird’s eye view and can dig into the sorted responses with a better focus on what we were looking for.
