Box has a great user interface which is very straightforward and easy to use. We used to use Microsoft SharePoint before Box and did not have the greatest of experiences. We found SharePoint quite difficult to navigate and the set up and maintenance of the platform was very challenging. Upload speeds on Box are very fast and also the platform has customisable security features.
In Box you can create tasks for any document you have on the platform which is great. However one issue in particular which I find irritating is that lets say your colleague creates a task on a document which you share and at some point if you wanted to change the task due date or add other colleagues to the task, you can't do that. Only the person who creates a task can amend it. This is still the case even if you have multiple admins which is part of our setup currently.

It does not have all the office tools in box, some only have the basics.
- When you are editing a file in shared box, sometimes it creates conflict over several people are updating at the same time.

I like Box because this platform definitely offers me an easier way to store files, it is really favorable to be able to store files from a mobile phone by downloading the Box application, I mean, this platform offers us many ways to send and distribute files from one person to another, upload speed and download very good.
The negative point that I found in Box are its prices, it is not so favorable that they offer plans starting from $ 100, there are people who have no way to pay those prices, for which, I would like Box to offer lower prices so that everyone can access them.
I have benefited constantly from Box, it is currently giving me an excellent way to distribute my files with colleagues in my company and even to send files to my family. Box works in many ways, and in all of them, it brings benefits.
Something that I really like about Box is that it has allowed me to have all the files I need on my computer and on my cell phone and it's great because I do not have to be constantly deleting files to save them, and I can have the applications I need. The program is very good because of its storage capacity.
What I do not like about Box is that when I'm going to move my files to the program it cancels itself or just does not want to move the files and I have to try again until they manage to save because it's slow in that aspect.
If I have had benefits and is that when I go to save some files of the work I do not have to worry about the storage space, I do not have to be erasing files either, since with Box I can save everything I need without complications.
Nice service, but the registration process on crozdesk works really bad
