Their response time is usually just a few moments. This software creates and maintains audits and procedures. Its very flexible when it comes to workflows even for multiple cases. One of the best parts is its ability to make changes real time. It has a lot of great tools and because it is relatively new more are in the works.
There are some technical issues that need to be resolved. Unfortunately, because this software is still relatively new, issues are expected. Because of all the no code solutions you really can't call this software tailor-made. The configuration is very difficult but the support team makes up for that with their over-the-top customer service. Even as good as they are it gets very annoying to have to call in with a problem that can't be fixed. Takes time out of a busy day.
It's used as a risk assessment platform. I can remember years ago having to depend on your instincts alone to figure out if someone or something was not trust-worthy. Now thanks to modern technology you have software to go with your instincts. The combination of both help with safety.
