- Their customer support is very active in terms of going beyond just helping with the set up. They have a couple of different levels of support actually. Customer support, technical support, legal support and customer success. Some time it's a bit difficult to understand which one to address with a question, but they all seem to work together and help you out
- The user interface is nice. It takes a few one-to-one sessions with customer success to get a hand of it. But once you do this, it's a breeze
- They have all kind of verifications in place. Like user, business, transaction verifications

Sumsub claims to be be london based but its just a virtaul office.
They are actaully owned a by a shell holding company out of mafia related town in Cyprus.
Avoid using them like the plague.
