The app is so clean. It was easy to teach everyone the app operations. We don’t really have to spend time in the committee office to look through records now. Like I can be at home and browse through the records in the app while chilling. Collecting and tracking maintenance is easy. Managing the gate has become more efficient and professional. Our guards are actually performing better since we switched to ADDA Gatekeeper after a great experience with their ERP version.
To be very honest, most of us were wary to try it out initially. We did not want an already messy situation getting worse. But support system is mindblowing. We were literally handheld through transition process. They were patient with our questions. And we had a LOT of questions. Whenever we had doubts and needed more support, the Deployment Team was there to help.
Rather than simple approval from admin, the app asks for a long list of personal details. Even when the attempt is to make sure only verified residents/owners of a residential community can join ADDA, it kind of feels like a long process initially.
We were maintaining our apartment unofficially from 2 years. We had a lot of challenges and we had a tough time tracking the expenses, purchase request and mainly collaboration. We had a WhatsApp group but it was just not the discussion we wanted to do.
And I came across this app and requested for a Demo. We were impressed and this is exactly what we were looking for. ADDA ERP and ADDA Gatekeeper is a wonderful combination which every Apartment should have.
It is been since 1 month now we started using it and all residents are enjoying the features and making our life simpler.
The Support and Deployment Personnel in ADDA are really super and were so kind and I really appreciate their effort in helping us in implementing the ADDA ERP and ADDA Security for our Apartment.
The app was loading time was a bit high. The support team assisted very quickly about this issue and it got resolved now.
